Strawberry Hill Forever Jewelry utilizes the USPS, Fed Ex and UPS as Parcel Carriers in the United States, USPS and DHL for International shipping. The cost of fulfillment and shipping is combined. These shipping carriers and shipping rates are the very best for our customers and our website. We believe in offering the most competitive pricing for every shipment. Shipping rates can be changed at any time. Shipping is calculated around shipping profiles that enable this website to set up shipping rates for specific products. The customer’s delivery address must be at a physical location. From our store to your home, you are our number one priority 

We generally ship orders within 24 to 48 hours however, it may take longer with inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen conditions. With International shipping it can take 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency. If there is no one present to sign for or accept your package, it will be left at the address provided. 

Strawberry Hill Forever Jewelry is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once the package is accepted by the carrier Strawberry Hill Forever Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments. 

CUSTOMS: Please note, when receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur. If you reject your package or if it is rejected by your local customs agency, we will refund you for the cost of goods “excluding shipping” once we receive the goods back at our location, in their original and unopened packaging, undamaged or altered.
